Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at hafizabdurr81@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of receipt, provided the items meet our return conditions.
